To get a bigger booty? Heres my plan, do it twice a day, 5 days a week. I made this plan up myself. Warm up with 2.5 cups of chocolate powder, and 6 cups of boiling water, for some hot chocolate. 3 sets, 10 sips each. Keep it going with a large french fries and a triple bacon burger from McDonalds, 3 sets 5 bites each. Do Forced Negatives with a meat lovers from Pizza Hut. 3 sets, 3 pieces each. Start to wind down with 2 bowl fulls of Ice Cream, and 1/2 cup of chocolate, 1/2 cup of caramel. 3 sets, 8 spoon fulls each. and do a drop set to finish with 3 sodas. 3 sets, 10 sips each. Fridays only, and at 9:00 pm. This is to finish the week strong. take yourself out to a trip to the bar! A Grilled Cheese, Friday Night Fish Fry, and binge drinking. 8 beers, all within 1 hour. 1 set of beers, 24 rips per beer, and 2 sets of the food. 12 biets each. That right there is my own personal workout plan for a bigger booty! Theyre all compound exercises too! no isalations, so anyone can do them! You will get bigger quads, a bigger belly, a bigger chin, a bigger neck, bigger arms, and a bigger booty!!

What about for the guys with a small booty o: What will doing glute exercises do for their booty? xD Yup, all the girls I know seem to think booty is important  Squats, Lunges,Stepups ,Good mornings and prob some machine exercises(I don´t use machines to work legs) I love squats, gets my gluteus maximus pumped  Tbh one of the parts of my body im most happy with....Don´t judge me

I am not gonna watch this video again because, tbh, it kinda scares me... I had nightmares after watching it. Maybe it was cuz me and my friend were high on soda, and watching crewed up things on YouTube... but I actually did have nightmares after watching this xD
