... But my upper chest lady bits are getting smaller! Dang it!

I expected this, cause this is just how I lose body fat. The nice bits first and then the nasty bits. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah many models. You could count their sternum bones but during a bikini show, you can notice their thighs have pretty much fat compared to everything else.

Well, yes, it's practically unavoidable to lose at least some of the breast's fat tissue.

However, there is some consolation for women who started out fitness with a small bust to begin with: When they develop their chest muscles they often experience that their breasts become more pronounced.

yeah, fact of life but damn its annoying. The only "good" thing about it is that I can see results all most immediately.

I reckon anyone that ever works out a way to stop this happening is made for life. Not gonna happen...

I like the idea of a smaller bust, no more black eyes while jogging  Grin

I notice the bust seems to go down in relation to overall bodyfat levels with me, can't say I've noticed thighs remaining big and I'm keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't alter as I get a touch older  Shocked

My girl naturally stores it in her thighs. She's got a small frame too, and little boobs. When she started doing regular cardio and endurance about 10 months ago she had little faith in it but now her legs and tush look brilliant. I haven't noticed anything about her bust though... perhaps because I'm looking further down now...  Grin
