Tenant Screening and Selection Process

Tenants will be screened by the below process.  When there are multiple applicants satisfying the below criteria, the earliest applicant is chosen.

• Ability to Pay - these checks can be waived if sufficient funds necessary to pay the full term of the lease can be verified.
  • credit report
  • rent to income ratio
  • rent payment history
  • income stability
• Criminal convictions
