Terms

• A one year lease is available at $2750/month, or a 2-yr lease for $2600/mo.
• Up to a total of two dogs/cats are permitted (30lb max)
• Last months rent due upon signing of lease
• Landlord pays for water, garbage, association dues,  and basic cable TV
• Tenant pays for electricity, phone, DSL, and premium cable channels
• Security deposit
  • interest paid on security deposit at the 1-yr T-bill rate
  • security deposit is $4125 plus $800 deposit for each pet

• Payment must be setup electronically as a recurring monthly payment or as a wired transfer from you bank/employer.
