This is Dmitry from Cleveland, Ohio and he lost 33 pounds of fat in 6 months and its clear he added some muscle too. “I used to feel weak all the time and had constant, nagging pain in my pelvic region and lower back due to both scoliosis and being terribly out of shape. A decade of practically no exercise and poor nutrition had taken it’s toll. I finally decided to get in shape, even though working out for me wasn’t easy due to my back condition. I now have tons of energy and have far less pain in my back and pelvis. I do 3 days of weight training and 3 to 5 days of cardio a week. Giving up video games and TV is how I have been able to find the time to both cook and work out regularly. The meals that I cook are high in protein and contain only good fats and complex carbs. I’m no longer ashamed of my body and am in the best shape of my life, thanks to you Scooby!
