This is the last time I'm going to be in a hotel for awhile so thought I would make sure to do a complete upper body workout while I have a big, cool, comfy hotel room to use because it's going to get a lot more 'rustic' after this. Don't need or want to do legs because I'm cycling. As I mentioned in my last post I'll be releasing my travel workout video when I get back but today In going to do 60 minutes of zero rest workout:
repeat till 60 min is up
This workout is actually a bit different than the beginning, intermediate, and advanced workouts I will show in the video.
