Complete healthy meal on a BBQ

  • by

Everyone barbeques chicken but that’s not a complete meal. Here is a great meal you can make quickly on a barbecue that doesnt require a trip to the store, you can pull everything right out of your freezer. Its a perfect meal for gaining muscle or losing fat.

  1. Make an aluminum foil boat and lightly oil the bottom with olive oil. Pour in the mixed frozen vegetables (still frozen) and then sprinkle on a no-salt herb seasoning. Start it cooking on the upper rack of your BBQ while you get ready to put the meat on.
  2. Wash the chicken, pour on a little olive oil, and flip it a few times in the tray to get the meat evenly coated with olive oil. Then sprinkle the no-salt herb seasoning on each side and put the meat on the grill.
  3. Cook 3 minutes, then flip.
  4. Cook 3 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook 3 minutes, then flip.
  6. Cook 3 minutes, then eat!
Just a warning, after you put the chicken on the grill wash everything up with warm soapy water that the chicken may have come in contact with – the counter, the tray the meat was oiled in, everything. You can get rather sick from raw chicken and we dont want you getting chickenosis!

  1. Hmmm, The 3 min. thing is nice and all, but if you use a non gas BBQ, you never have the same heat. If I prepare chicken on the BBQ, I make sure it's the pregrilled kind.

I watch enough Gordon Ramsey to knwo my chicken shouldn't be:

    RAW!

  2. Definitely a Nice meal. Can you do that with fish as well? I had weight loss surgery 5 years ago. Was 440 pounds and now i'm 215 and had skin reduction surgery. One of the problems i have is that chicken is hard for me to digest. Is it possible to use fish instead? Cover it in foil and olive oil and cook with it. I'm fairly sure it is just double checking with you.

    Thank you

    OH P.S btw
…You need a better grill man haha. Get you something that is as Lean and Buff as you are
