  2. Hey Scooby, great calculator, but I have a question. I don't eat 3 square meals, but I don't have a 'strict bodybuilding nutrition'. Definitely a big grey zone for a lot of us. For me personally, I get in 5 meals a day with 25-30 grams of protein per meal, although some meals on certain days may have more fat content. That said, it'd be impossible to fully calculate anyway as each person's daily eating habits may hover between 3-6 meals with some being really healthy and other meals being really bad for you. This can skew results.

    Great initiative though Scooby! Keep making great vids. Been watching you for years.
