  2. Scooby, is it ok to do pullups every day + the teen workout which I do. I do pullups almost every morning, and that is how I do them:

    wide grip pullups 3 reps x 5 sets

    narrow gip pullups 3 reps x 3 sets

    chinups 4 x 3

    narrow grip pullups 4 x 3

    repeat 3 times
