Please join me for a live question and answer session on YouTube/live on Saturday March 10, 2012!   The event takes place at 1:00pm in Sydney, for times in the rest of the world please see this.   This Q&A is to give my subscribers and fans in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand a chance for a live broadcast as the prior four live broadcasts have been in the middle of the night for them.  I apologize to those of you in Europe, you will have to stay up *really* late to participate.

I will have my complete home gym at my disposal so you can ask about form on particular exercises, you can ask about basic fitness,  bodybuilding nutrition, sports, weight loss, abs, my hat collection – or whatever.  Please join me for this live broadcast!

    first I’d like to say that you’re doing an AWESOME job! Thank you for all the hard work and time and money that you’ve put into producing all your videos and the website and the forum AND providing all of it for free to the World! You’re a first rate dude. I know your work will change many lives and motivate people to get in shape without spending a fortune and do it effectively.

    I just have one quick question:
    1. In the Nutrition section you mention that one of the things to avoid / ban from your diet are simple sugars. As I understand it (based on my quick online research) HONEY and Bananas (both essential ingredients of your (btw. awesome) meal replacement bars, scooby-poo bars, and the frozen banana protein shake – contain lots of Fructose (honey being mostly a couple of simple sugars). Fructose is a SIMPLE sugar. I know that they are natural and thought of as healthy source, but isn’t fructose easily converted into body fat because body cannot store it effectively in the glycogen cells?

    I’d appreciate if you’d elaborate a little bit on this and share your thoughts.

  3. Hey scoob, I watched all the Live Vids great work first of all ! Taken a lot of things on board and incorporated them into my workouts

    One thing I was wondering is on the CHEST workout….I noticed no decline dumbbell press ? You not a fan of decline, if so would you mind talking about that please

    Also for the SHOULDER workout what are you’re thoughts on Arnold Press ?

    Last question I promise, in regards to SLEEP which I have great difficulty with 6 – 7 hours is the norm weekdays maybe 8-9 on a weekend tops … will this greatly effect my muscle building ?

  4. Thanks scooby….. I missed all your live broadcast because they started at 2300 hrs here in India and couldn’t stay up late as I had all my workouts scheduled early in the morning. I’ll definitely attend this one its at 1930 hrs. :)
