Game show vs office hours?

Suggestions for my fitness game show? If you watched it, did you like it? What would you do differently? What types questions would you ask? Should I just forget the game show and do normal office hours? What I did yesterday was this:

  • 10 min office hours answering questions waiting for people to tune in
  • 50 min game show
  • 10 minutes office hours answering people questions

What do you think?

  1. Hi Scooby, thanks for taking the time to do all of this. I have a question, but I’m not sure where to post it. Have you seen Elle Ip’s Beyond Expectation YouTube video? Do you know anything about the nutritional plan she sells? I can’t find any reviews and it’s not in your hall of shame…. Thanks!

  2. I thought the game show was fun. I had the day off work so it was easy for me to watch. I can’t think of anything I would do differently. I would ask what your daily and weekly cooking schedule is like? What percent of your meals you have pre prepped? How you remember macros for pre prepped meals? How far in advance you decide what you’re going to eat? And how you track your macros? ie. an app like myfitnesspal or eyeballing it after years of experience and memorizing labels.

Thank you for the show and your great website! You are an inspiration!

    1. For the picture rounds, it might help to post a base picture that people change or add to. That way you don’t need quite the creative kick to think of something to draw; it seems to work quite well for photoshop competitions etc
