    If you can, update weekly with things you buy that you’ll eventually use for meals. Can I recommend a protein recipe for your meal plan generator? Brotein Oatmeal

    1/3 cup instant oatmeal
    1/2-2/3 cup water
    microwave 60-75 seconds
    then add
    1/3 scoop protein powder
    1tbps peanut butter

    Looks awesome! Have you got a recommended recipe for Banana Bread? Or a macro friendly banana bread recipe.

    I’m open for suggestions Scooby.

    1.5-2.0 cup Fresh group oat flour
    1/3-1/2 cup Coconut Oil
    1/3 Agave necter
    3 medium large bananas
    or
    6 mini bananas – ripe/extra ripe
    1/2 tbs salt
    1 tbsbaking soda
    2 Tbps buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2% milk as needed
