Complete lat, shoulder, and trap workout
One of my real workouts! No acting here. A great lat, trap, and shoulder workout you can do at home or at the gym. Every workout I sit down and write up a workout which is the ultimate in mixing up your workout! I sit down and think about what injuries I need to work around (always something) and what exercises I havent done in awhile. People get all wrapped around the axle about the “right” workout, relax! There are no “wrong” workouts unless they get you injured, then it was WRONG! This is a great example. Beacuse of what I had done previously in the week I opted for lats, shoulders and traps which is not your normal workout combo – so what. Its good to mix things up! Here is the workout, you will notice that I made some changes to it. Its ok to change your mind and make slight alterations once you get started.
Here is me doing the workout. There are four supersets of 3-4 exercises each. I do each superset three times but to keep the video short only include one set of each superset. By the way, the reason I am using a weight belt is NOT because I approve of their use, on the contrary, I am only using it because of my hernia.
