“The first time I went to a gym was in the summer of 2010, exactly on 26 July, I started lifting weighs becouse some friends of mine did, so I gave it a try. The first month was the hardest, I was kinda lost, I didn’t know how to workout properly, and what was even worse I didn’t know absolutely anything about nutrition. My friends and the new people I met in the gym helped me and explained me some of the basic stuff about how to do the exercices, but I soon realised that beyond of that, there was something even more important, nutrition. Googling I found the Scooby’s workshop, and i started reading all the articles, i learned a lot of new ways to exercice the muscles and how to eat propely. I’ve been working out strictly 5 days per week and 5 or 6 healthy meals each day, with no exceptions. The support i’ve always received from friends and family has been the key to keep motivated. Along these months I’ve realised that this hasn’t only changed my physical apereance, it also made me to be in a better mood, to be more confident, and to believe that everything, with enought effort, is possible.
