This is Andreas from Stockholm, Sweden and look his incredible transformation from overweight to supermodel in two years! No only has he shed his fat but he has added muscle as well. First of all i’d like to thank you for all of your inspiration and help. I had the big luck to find your page just as i started working out on the gym, and it helped me a lot, it really made me dedicated to what i’m doing. I would even dare to consider me to be more lika a nutritional nazi than yourself. I have been working out now 7 days a week for almost 1.5 year, 5 days weightlifting and 2 days cardio. I am eating aproximately 8 meals a day with high protein value, and i use carbcycling as well. I want you to know that your videos and text has really been useful for me and i have dreams about competing as a natural bodybuilder in 2 or 3 years, just need to add some mass. I have really got some nice results, however the after picture did not want to come with this mail so I’ll bother you with another one containing the after picture.
